How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We process orders as quickly as possible, typically within the same day if placed before 14:00, or the following day if placed after 14:00. We want to get your order to you as soon as possible, so you can start enjoying the benefits of our products.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically arrive the next day in Switzerland and 2-3 days in Europe. In some rare cases, the delivery may take up to 10 working days. Past that point, if you still haven’t received your order, please contact us via email, live chat, Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
How can I track my order?
To easily monitor the progress of your order, simply click on the tracking link that was sent to you via email following your order.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible especially if you have made your order before 14:00 as it leaves the same day. If your order is canceled after being sent, we will proceed to the refund after the product has been returned to us unopened, unused and undamaged. All returns must be made within a period of 14 calendar days. Unfortunately, if the period of 14 calendar days has elapsed since the purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If you would like to change your order, please contact us as fast as possible. Especially if your order was made before 14:00 as it will leave the same day. You may contact us via email, live chat, Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied with it?
Once the item is purchased and delivered you may return it within a limited period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase to the following address: Route de la Corniche 4, 1070 Puidoux, Switzerland. Unfortunately, if the period of 14 calendar days has elapsed since the purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
All returned goods must be unopened, unused and undamaged. All returns will be inspected by our team. If the product does not meet the conditions of this policy, we will not be able to issue a refund. How do I initiate a return?

My product is damaged. Can I get a replacement or a refund?
If your product has been received in a damaged state, you need to notify the carrier within 24 hours with proof of damage (with a picture or video) and contact us so we can send a new product. You can also choose to have a refund instead of having the product resent. You may contact us via email, live chat, Instagram or Facebook Messenger.
If I am eligible for a refund, how long until I receive it?
It may take up to five working days to receive a refund.
My parcel appears to be delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
My Days Oil contains lavender and ginger extracts, which are known to have mood-balancing properties. Lavender has a calming effect on the mind and body and can help to reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, which are common during menstruation. We accept payments from most credit card providers.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders above 50€ or 50CHF for Swiss customers. For orders below 50€ or 50CHF for Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of 5€ or 9CHF for Switzerland
Does the price include taxes?
Yes, it does.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all European countries provided that CBD in cosmetic products is legal in those countries and that our products comply with local regulations. As of April 2023 we sell in the following countries: UK, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.
