Shipping, Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for return and refund
If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product for a refund during a limited period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. Unfortunately, if the period of 14 calendar days has elapsed since the purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.Â
1.1 Right of withdrawal
Once the item is purchased and delivered you may return it within 14 calendar days. Once a product is unsealed, it cannot be returned.Â
All returned goods must be unopened, unused and undamaged. All returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the conditions of this policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
2. Return and refund procedure
2.1 Return
In order to return and refund, you should contact us by sending an email at info@alpreleaf.com. Then, you must return the item promptly and in any case within 14 days after informing us. Alternatively, you can directly send the item back to us, by doing so, the withdrawal notification and return will be deemed to take place simultaneously upon the reception of your returned item. When doing so, you must enable us to identify you upon the receipt of the item.Â
You must take precautions to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged during the transit.
2.1.1 Return address
All returns must be mailed to: Green Gold Health SA, Route de la Corniche 4, 1070 Puidoux, Switzerland.Â
2.2 Refund
We will give you the refund within 14 days upon the receipt of your notification of withdrawal. We reserve the right to retain the refund for as long as we have not received the returned item or evidence of return. The refund will include the shipping fees that you paid when the purchase was made, except if you specifically requested non-standard delivery, such as express delivery. The refund will be directed to the credit card used for the purchase of that product.Â
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items.
